Interview process was nothing out of the norm. I got there and was in the waiting area by customer service with about 5 other people waiting to be interviewed. One by one a member of the management team would bring each of us back into a private office. The woman that interviewed me was manager of the dress department and asked me immediately if I would consider working in the dress department rather than the position in Savvy. I said that would be fine although I had no interest in working with dresses, because I felt if I had said no I wouldn't have gotten a chance to be hired. Interview questions were very basic such as "when did you overcome a difficult situation" and "When was a time you went above and beyond for an employer".

A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items
