Got the initial email wanting to set up a phone interview, at the end of the phone interview the interviewer asked me to come to the store for a second interview. The interview seemed to go well, the interviewer was engaged in the conversation and very enthusiastic. Actually, all of the interviewers were like that. At the end he said he'd get back to me the next week after they finished interviewing the rest of the candidates. It's been two and a half weeks since the interview and I haven't heard anything from them.
