Applied online and the next day got an email stating to schedule my phone interview with HR. I chose to do mine the next day. I interviewed with HR and was asked to come in the following day for an in person interview. After, I was asked to meet with the department manager and she told me she would give me a call regarding the update on the position in the next couple weeks. A week later I received a phone call for a second interview with her. Came in and was hired on the spot.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.

Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
