The interview process was very straight-forward. They were looking to see if you could provide specific and detailed examples about past work experience and qualifications. The interview was very conversational as to judge if you would be a good fit with the team you would be placed on. Not necessarily looking for a fascination in fashion, but understanding on the industry and how to properly carry yourself.
