Turned in an application online, was then emailed and asked to pick a group interview time. Group interview was quick and did not take very long. I answered a series of questions for one manager and then sat down with another manager and answered a few more questions. I was also given a packet with the requirements of the position I was applying for and was asked if I felt I could meet that requirement.

Entretien
I applied online and was contacted via email 3 days later to schedule a phone interview. I did my phone interview a few days later. The phone interview was very easy. I was then contacted by the store to come in for a interview with the department manager. She was very nice and took me on a tour of the store. She called me 3 days later to come in for a one on one with the store manager. We talked for about 20 minutes and she said I would hear from the department manager soon. She called the next day to offer me a position. The whole process was smooth.
