The interview was relatively short. It was scheduled for 30 minutes but ended in half the time. I was asked around 4 questions. Some of them were "Tell me about yourself," "when's a time you solved a problem at work," and "explain more about your skills."
To be honest, I had a negative time with the interview. The atmosphere was tense and overly formal, like an interrogation rather than a conversation. The interview was done remotely, and one of the interviewers stared at a laptop for almost the entire duration and barely looked at the video camera. I was never asked any follow-up questions for my answers, and at the end of the interview, there was awkward silence as the interviewers ran out of questions. Usually when an interview ends, the interviewers thank you for your time, but it was the reverse this time. I had a bad time with this interview, and I hope the organization improves their interview process for future candidates.
