The process started with a phone screening with HR, followed by a virtual interview via MS Teams with the hiring manager. During the interview, I was asked to go through 1–2 case study scenarios, and the role and expectations were explained clearly. The interview lasted for almost an hour. However, a significant portion of the time was spent with the hiring manager sharing her own career journey and how she progressed to her current role. There were also questions about why I had not pursued additional courses or certifications, which felt somewhat unrelated to the role being discussed.
