The interviewer is not qualified/ Knowledgeable enough to take the interview to choose the candidate
the interview process is just namesake doesn't really absorb talented people.
its just lobbying, and only references are considered

Was time taking due to their internal arrangements but the rest was taken care of really well. The entire team were really helpful. The onboarding went smooth as well. Thank you so much. Happy to be a associated with the organisatoon.

I had 3 rounds . 1 HR round and other 2 were technical rounds. other 2 rounds were taken by line manager and heads . all three rounds were conducted virtually

Entretien
Consist of 3-4 interview rounds. Mostly goes tougher as you go up the ladder. I felt communication and customer relationship management are the key. HR needs to be chased out which I feel is everywhere but overall I had a good expereince.
