The interview process was very straight forward. After submitting my application I have been contacted by a talent acquisition partner and we scheduled a telephone interview. The interview lasted 30minutes, all questions were position related.

I have just completed a pleasant, professional 30 minute screening interview with Novartis for a CPM role. I will have to wait 2 weeks to find out if I am successful for the next round of interviews.
