J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Novartis (East Hanover, NJ) en févr. 2013
Entretien
There was a phone screen with the hiring manager, which lasted 30 minutes. This was a standard discussion about my experience, how it related to the role and questions about why I was looking for new opportunities.
I was then invited on-site. The interview was done as a panel with 6 interviewers including the department head. This lasted for 60 minutes. They described the role, the culture, the expectations and then asked a mixture of technical and behavioral questions. They went in a circle sequentially. The last stage was a 1:1 interview with the VP who oversaw that department.

Interview lasted less than 30 mins, I did not get an offer yet, I felt rushed and was not able to show case my experience but overall its good. I do not know if i will get the role or not
The interview process took 3 months, 3 rounds of interviews with several team members. After the 3rd round, I was starting to think they weren’t really hiring. What a waste of my time.
Teams are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Asked a lot of technical questions. Scenario based questions were decent. It was a good experience. HR also asks decent amount of questions. Prepare and stay positive throughout. Don’t be too serious when answering
