1 phone screen interview, then 2nd interview with HR. Unfortunately was left without any news for over 3 weeks, got back to the HR to be told they decided to go with other candidate. Disappointed that I am not in the loop ? Is it not HR's job to do so ? Job isn't account management, more like a hunting job: 80% hunting, 20% farming. Salary is 70% base - 30% commission (split between team and individual commission).
