Recruiter screening for 30 minutes and then Hiring manager screening once recruiter screening is clear that also takes 30-45 minutes. Once that is cleared, Interview loop is scheduled with 5 interviewers, one of them is bar tender. Each interviewer takes one hour.

I had a phone screening, a tech assessment, then 5 1 hour interviews. Was told I would know by Monday. It took me reaching out Tuesday to be told with an immediate email response that they liked me but not for this role.
