The interview was a type of round robin experience. You would meet with 1 or 2 managers that were hiring; talk for 15-30 minutes for the interview and the move on to another manager with different hiring needs. The toughest guy who interviewed me...I was sure he wasn't going to offer me the position.

I had a call with a recruiter, who called me 40 minutes late, steamrolled any chance for me to explain my background and experience, and was overall about as pleasant to talk to as a dementor.

First round interviews are basic personality/behavioral questions on resume topics and your interest in the company. The second round is more focused on your qualifications and nailing down why you would be a good candidate for Sales. You are forced to sell your self and have evidence or examples of why sales is right for you.
