J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 8 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Oracle (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
I applied online for a job there and went through various stages of interviewing, and all of them sounded promising. They put the job on hold and then told me that they'll review it in a couple of months, but that never happened. I chased up on that, and after a few emails sent in a few months, someone let me know they are picking it up again, and that I will be contacted to finalise the interview stages, but that never happened, so I just abandoned hope. I think that during the times we're living now, it's mentally exhausting to understand why people aren't following up on conversations with candidates that they indicate they'd be successfull in the roles they're interviewing for.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Oracle en févr. 2026
Entretien
From end to end, this company is an absolute nightmare. The recruiter immediately called me, telling me they couldn't afford me after I put the application in. Despite my best judgment, I decided to continue, even though they made it impossible for candidates to succeed. The recruiting process was so demanding that I was constantly being thrashed around because I needed to apply to a different position, I needed to immediately respond (in the middle of other interviews), and the hiring manager didn't like that I had x instead of y. Really basic things you would hope that you wouldn't run into at a higher level, but alas, all of it was indicative of how they treat candidates.
The interview process was long, but not especially rigorous. No one was particularly warm, and everyone on the team acted miserable throughout the interview process. I thought for sure things were going well, and almost immediately after my interview, they called me to tell me I didn't get the job after 3 rounds. This team has no idea what real product sense is. The questions I was asked for a senior role were almost insultingly basic. I will never interview at Oracle again based on this experience.
I would rather be unemployed than work for this company.
Telephonic round and 3 rounds were taken.
Questions on challenge in delivery, frameworks, risk mitigation, experience based .
First telephonic round is just to cross check
Salary expectation, technical skills ,etc
Next 3 rounds were with different senior leaders
