Once you go through the discussions and get selected, they provide ‘W’ as package which is less than X package and overall, less than what you receive. Not sure in 2021, anyone accepts a job offer 5% less (I offer 2% less and they said they there is a discussion to reduce further :-D) than what you currently draw. Maybe some who are desperate will do that. My kind suggestion is to get everything written before attending the interview, or otherwise it is a waste of time on both sides. They offer good medical insurance but still take home and super are very less . Overall history there is no yearly increment so be careful before you sign. Maybe good place for Uni beginners.
