They want to see if you can thrive in a fast pace environment and are your efficient. I interviewed with three people before receiving an offer and the overall experience was typical.

Can you work with Excel? What projects have you assisted and or worked on? What are your thoughts regarding the Sales environment? How do you respond to top leadership policies?
Interview was smooth, considerably quick and virtual, process took around 1 month from interview to offer. Subsequent Calls were arranged within one week from last call. Met hiring manager hiring team and director.

Response from recruiters was very slow. No one followed up after recruiter in charge has left company. Had to call several times to follow up on the offer letter and other documents.

Pleasant interview but very superficial. Recruiters seemed sleepy ;)
The biggest issues at least for Romania: they never give a final answer to interviewed candidates! This is a major issue signaled also by tens if not hundreds of people interviewed, pls check this Romanian website: www.undelucram.ro
