I went to a presentation on my campus. Then I got a small interview where a person reviewed my resume and asked me basic personality questions. Then I got a 1 on 1 interview with one of the recruiters. A couple of weeks later a had a phone interview with the head of the Advanced Development Center. Two weeks later I got a call with an offer.
