I would like to work with a company and people who are not only good at what they do, but are very passionate about what they do. And I believe that people at Cerner have their personal goal and satisfaction working with the company. Describe a time when you had a difficult manager and how you dealt with him.
Tj Tonjameka Southern was very bossy and asked me to do everything. And challenged my experience and capabilities I took that as a challenge and mastered cerner maternity Powerchart and became the to go person. So I ended up being her favorite employee since then. What are you 3 biggest achievements so far? * Being able to realize what I love. * I wanted to Have a comprehensive and profound knowledge of Cerner EMR applications * I wanted to learn Cerner built technologies. * 1. What is the biggest mistake you made in a past job.
USA project Tell me about a time a teammate could not understand the task assigned. USA Cerner applications clinical workflows Tell me about a time where you troubleshoot and failed.
USA Project, client implementation team changed as soon implementation started How do you teach someone to do something technical?
I try to provide anologies and try to provide simple examples so that they can understand. Ex: Cerner Wiki methods Name a time where you had to work with a group to complete a project/job on time. What was it like working with others? Did you have any obstacles to overcome?
CONCORD PROJECT where I divided the team to Front End and Back End. For OB workflow Outpatient/ Induction Then postpartum / Recovery
