Preliminary Call, Call with manager, on sight interview. Straightforward and no surprises. More concerned with your potential to succeed as well as your ability to be resilient in hearing "No", than interested in your past experience. (At least this is the case with the campus recruiting initiatives, professional hires go through a much more formal process)

Overall process consisted of two phone interviews, and one in person interview.
Questions pertained to behavioral sales.
Be gregarious, show good intentions, and build report with the interviewer in order to score bonus points. Sales is about relationship building, and if you can accomplish this during the interview you'll do fine.

Overall the interview process was very smooth. The time lines and expectations were set and executed. It was a detail oriented interview process going over everything from professional successes to personal challenges. The hiring managers articulated the details of the position and did a good job 'selling' me on the opportunity to join the Team.
