Called by an HR for screening and after a week scheduled for a an interview on Hiring Manager and one of the team member. The interview lasted 30mins only.
15mins for technical interview and 15mins for situational questions. After the interview the manager informed me that he will transfer me to the hr for an offer.

The process takes a lot of time though.
It can take weeks to get the offer and the background check is really serious.

1st Round – Talent Advisor
Introductory conversation. No technical questions, more like a friendly chat than a formal interview.
2nd Round – Manager Screen
This was a semi-technical session with the team manager. They asked me to describe what technologies I use, what I’ve done in previous roles and how would I respond to certain challenges

Great interview composing of the job roles that I applied into. Consists of 3 interviews as far as I remember and all of it went great as the leads are accommodating and insightful.
