I did a video interview for this role, it was a bit daunting however if I was to give any advice on the process practice as much as you possibly can and read all the available advice on the process.

Question 1
The questions were fairly routine although they did ask me if you had a superpower for a day what would it be.
Area manager is rude, process is longer than it needs to be. Working in a bookies is not rocket science yet they treat it as though it is. Wouldn't recommend.

Approximately 30 situational questions on online test, virtual interview with a member of HR (use STAR method to answer questions), informal chat with store manager to talk more about yourself so that they can see whether you’d be a good fit in their team.

Interview through Zoom . Relaxed and informative . Time flew , I didn't realise the time spent on the interview . I got good feedback and offer within an hour of finishing .
