Did the coding challenge and passed. Set up phone call with the recruiter and it was probably the strangest HR calls I have ever had. The recruiter was basically grilling me on what Palantir does and why this and why that. Made me feel super uncomfortable and I think they try to sneak up on you by saying that the HR call is going to be a quick chat about your interests when really it’s something completely different. I should’ve read Glassdoor and prepared more for it. I shouldn’t have taken the “call” for face value. Really disappointed that I was not prepared but would’ve liked for the chance to let me know that there was something to prepare for. Doubt that I will move on to the next round after that experience.
