Interview process took a couple of weeks. HR phone screen and then the virtual onsite. Virtual onsite interview was a 3 hr long video interview with three different interviews back to back. First was a learning test, evaluating ability to read complicated code. Second was technical, leetcode hard problem. Third was systems, design solution for client.

Applied on their website and then received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone screening. I expected to be interviewed by the recruiter (the person who sent me the email) but instead was called by one of their engineers.
