The interview process for me took about 2 weeks. Phone screening with Recruiter, Sales Manager interview, Head of Department Interview, Vice President of the Department Interview, and finally a field ride day. Overall the interview process is very in depth, actually the most in depth I have ever had. I see why though, Paycom is not like other companies that seem to saturate the market with sales reps or account managers which I believe sets them apart and helps with their overall growth. I had another offer with a much larger company, I'd be doing the same type of work in the same industry, but I would of had 43 PEOPLE in my department alone. With a smaller company that is rapidly growing I see some pains that might occur longer hours and some stressful days, but if you stick with it in 10 years you could look back and realize you made the best financial decision going with the smaller company with great opportunity!

This company moves extremely quickly when it comes to the interview process. You will first complete a phone screen with their own recruiter, then they will schedule an interview with the hiring manager within the week. If you pass the hiring manager, you will interview the Regional Manager, then will decide whether to hire you within that same week. I did the whole process in 1.5 weeks and got the job at the end of that week. Paycom's sales department is extremely focused on aesthetics so dress business professional, no crazy hair/nails/bright colored suits etc.
Multi-round process but recruiters do a good job of guiding you through. You start off by talking to a recruiter, move to your potential manager, then to the regional manager.

Question 1
Do you have experience working with C-Level executives?
Welcome to the Paycom team! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and we're happy to hear you had a positive experience with our recruiters!
Phone screen - hiring manager - regional manager - peer interview. Hiring manager is the one you want to impress, however the regional manager can veto the decision if you don't impress at all.
