I interviewed for multiple jobs. My interview with Paycom was a breath of fresh air. They focused on my strengths and did not ask me about my weaknesses. I went through a phone interview with a recruiter and two face to face interviews. I was given a contingent offer for employment. I was given a background check, a drug test, a reference check, and a credit check. Unfortunately, I recently went through a divorce and my credit is shot. Although I passed all aspects other than the credit report, Paycom rescinded their offer. It is disheartening that a struggling person is viewed as too big of a risk to hire. Paycom sent me my rejection letter via Fed Ex which felt spineless and cold.

It was difficult. I had to talk with 3 people and go over scenarios. I would recommend researching and knowing about the company and what you want to strive for in a career. They seem to know what they are looking for.
