Recruiter contacted me via Linkedin and sent me her calendar to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview and got a confirmation email, then...nothing. No phone call, no interview and no return of my phone calls or messages to try and reschedule. If you're not interested in me as a candidate, that's ok, but the recruiter sought me out and confirmed the appointment. If I wasn't what you're looking for, be a professional , go through with the phone call and tell me. Don't just ghost me. That's completely unprofessional and Paycom should be embarrassed and ashamed if that type of behavior is acceptable.

Very straightforward. They did a phonescreen call. And asked basic questions and then set you up with another interviewer. The questions were not that hard. They were very in line with the job description

Recruiter reached out, we had phone screen, sheasked me to fill out a resume quickly so she can set up a meeting with the sales manager for an interview. then never heard from her or anyone else again

Multiple steps, very repetitive in nature, and requires you to come in and showcase you ability to call a list. You must be fully suited up, and if you’re going through the process while also working a job, expect for them to require you to interview multiple times in one week
