I was contacted by a recruiter. Went through a phone screen, and was contacted specifically about this position. Following the phone screen there was a zoom interview.
I never heard back from the hiring manager or the recruiter about a final decision even after several attempts on my end.

The interview process was fairly simple and straightforward. The recruiter was very thorough during the phone interview and detailing the hiring process steps and what to expect. Communication from the company during the process and the on site interview was very welcoming.

Very professional and thorough. From phone screen call to zoom interviews with Lead Verification Specialists to the final interview with Supervisors, the process was very satisfying. I appreciated the quick feed back after each step to keep me apprised of the status of my application.

I was asked many questions, basically about my background, why I wanted to be a part of Paycom and what I expected. There were questions about how I had handled certain situations in my past jobs and possibly how I could have handled them better.
