I had an initial phone screening with a recruiter, who then scheduled me for an hour long Zoom meeting with a regional sales manager the following week. That went well, and then I progressed to a 30 minute interview with another sales manager. After finishing that, I was asked to move to the final round present a demo to the sales team the following morning, instead of later on in the week. I had to stay up late and put together a slide deck and give a demo presentation of Paycom, and then do cold calls for 4 hours after that while being supervised by the manager. During the cold call portion of the interview, the sales manager asked if I could come back later on that day to finish the interview because she had a maintenance issue at her home she needed to figure out. I came back several hours later to finish the last 30 minutes of cold calls. At the conclusion, of the interview, I was told I would hear a hiring decision a couple days later. It has been 12 days and I still haven’t heard anything from the recruiter or the sales manager, or anyone else at Paycom.

Long process and have to set meetings in front of a manager on the phone. They have you come into the office and make cold calls without knowing the product at all.
