It all went by really quick. From getting the referral to doing the first zoom interview it was almost a whirlwind on how quick their turn around is. A couple days later we scheduled the second interview which was very nice and informative.

I applied online and even got an internal employee to refer me. I finally got a message from a recruiter to set up a phone call but the phone call was very short and basically told me that they will start hiring starting after the 1st of the year. Why post jobs when you have no intentions of interviewing right away? Some people have offers elsewhere or need to secure something sooner rather than apply and wait.
