There was a phone interview and then an in-person interview. Interview process was standard. They asked questions about what your long-term goals are, how you approach problems, and example format questions.

I was contacted soon after application to perform a pre-interview screening. I was then sent through to an interview and the instructions were very clear. I waited for response from the interviewers for a few days, but it wasn’t long. Then moved forward from there.

The interview process was exceptional for me. My talent recruiter Stephanie was phenomenal as she explained the job description, requirements, and expectations in a concise and thorough manner. My interview was on April 18th where I was asked behavioral and situational questions for approximately an hour. The team lead managers that conducted the interview were wonderful, friendly, and professional. They informed me their decision within a reasonable time. Overall a great experience. I'm excited and ready to join the team next week!
