J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Paycom (Pittsburgh, PA) en janv. 2023
Entretien
I was recruited via LinkedIn and the initial phone screening was simple enough. The next step was going into the office and meeting with the hiring manager, which lasted an hour. Basic sales questions, nothing too difficult. The third interview was with a Sales VP over Zoom for roughly 45mins. Very similar to round 3, mostly behavioral questions and getting a feel for how hungry you are to make cold calls. The final round was set to be 4hrs long, in office. I was to present to the entire office why they should buy Paycom from me, and then get on the phone and cold call for 3hrs with the objective of setting 3 appointments for other sales reps. I turned down this final interview for another job opportunity.
