From the first phone screen to the last interview, I felt valued and wanted. The phone screen with my recruiter was all about what my strengths and goals were, and what *I* wanted to do. They really cared about where I would fit in best and could develop my skills to reach my goals. The interview was so organic and easy going, and it was really easy to have that conversational interview that everyone desires. I left knowing that even if I didn’t get an offer, I was confident enough with the tools they provided to try again!

Had a phone interview and an in person interview. Process was simple and they expected the STAR approach to answering questions. There were 3 people that interviewed me, all were fairly easy-going.

One round phone interview and second round in person interview. Very smooth process which wasn’t very difficult. Asked about previous experiences and your knowledge about tax. The recruiters were friendly and personable during the whole process.

A very mellow and interactive interview process. Both ladies were very informative and helpful throughout their questioning and with my questions. I loved how it was a more lengthy interview rather than a very short “ tell me about yourself and why you are good for the job” having more time with both interviewers gave me more information of how paycom thinks, moves, and what it requires from their employees.
