During my interview process, I had the pleasure of meeting with a supervisor and team lead from the department. Fortunately, the interview wasn't too difficult, and both interviewers were friendly and accommodating. However, the only thing that bothered me slightly was the way they communicated the final result. Instead of receiving the outcome via email, they conveyed it through a long, drawn-out phone call that left me feeling anxious and worried that I didn't receive the offer, just like how previous calls had gone.

The interview process was easy and everyone I met seemed nice. The role seemed quite stressful and the pay did not match the workload, level of complexity, or stress level.
