Greetings, I am an ECE student from VASAVI COLLEGE of ENGINEERING. I applied for the job through College. My interview for Pega Systems was done in 5 Rounds. Round 1: We were conducted a Cocubes test on Verbal and Aptitude followed by Versant Test at our Campus. Shortlisted students got an E-Mail after few days of test with the details regarding the further process. The further process of the interview was a single day process held at Pega Systems office, Hyderabad. Students from different UAP enrolled colleges visited for the process. It was like a pool drive, not specific to one college. Round 2: In this round we were asked to design a case life cycle (a small application) based on the asked requirements on Pega Designer Studio. It was a 45 minutes test and the laptops with installed VM were provided for the test at the office. Our work was evaluated before us and few questions were also asked on Pega during the evaluation and results were announced immediately. Round 3: It was a technical Face to Face Interview. In this round I was asked questions mostly on the Technical skills that I have mentioned in my resume. I was asked questions on Java concepts, DBMS concepts and few SQL queries. I was even asked to write some basic programs in any computer language that I am good at. Apart from technical I was also asked few puzzles and I was asked to talk about my Academic Projects(NON PEGA). Then at the end few questions were asked on PEGA. In this round the interviewer mostly concentrated on my Technical skills other than Pega and Logical reasoning as only few questions were asked on Pega. This round lasted for almost 1 hour. Round 4: This was also a technical Face to Face Interview. In this round I was interviewed by 2 interviewers(For many people only 1 interviewer had interviewed in this round). In this round I was asked questions completely on Pega. I was also asked to talk about my Pega Project. Apart from Pega I was also asked few Situational based questions like a Scenario was given and I was asked like what I will do If I was in that situation. This round also lasted for an hour. Round 5: It was also a Face to Face Interview. It was not completely an HR Round though it was the last round, because in this round I was asked more technical questions than the nontechnical questions. First I was asked few general HR questions like tell me about yourself and some questions on my achievements that I have mentioned in my resume. This was for some first 30 minutes of this round. Then for some next 1 hour I was again asked questions on PEGA, in this way this round was lasted for some 90 minutes. Overall the difficulty level for all the rounds was like 3/5. For some people there was one more round on technical skills and after finishing all the rounds the list of final selected students was announced at the end of the day, nearly around 10 PM and fortunately I am one of those selected students which I am very happy about. My interview experience at Pega office was too god. The entire process was held as per our comfort like we were given enough time between different rounds and the interviewers were also friendly and very open minded they were ready to answers any kind of our questions during the interviews or outside the panels in the office. We were even provided with Breakfast, tasty lunch and snacks at the office canteen. Finally it was a great interview experience that I ever had. I attended the pegasystem interview through campus placement. Had one OA with easy DSA, aptitude and professional writing. This was followed by the interview process with 2 technical, 1 HM and 1 HR round. (There are chances of not making it even after giving HR) Overall had a positive experience. Focus only on your resume. Make sure whatever you've put in your resume is genuine. Communication is assessed make sure u are confident and don't forget to smile.
