Entretien
A phone interview with internal recruiter followed by a personality test where you have to tick word that describe how you think others perceive you and how you actually are.
After this they asked me to do a very old school design assignment that I had to present as part of the final face to face interview with lead designer and director.

A big part of the interview is centred around a home assignment that you present for 30 minutes. They ask why you designed it they way you did.

Entretien
The internal recruiter emailed me for a phone screen, which went well. Then I was asked to complete a predictive index and video interview. I followed with an email to the recruiter, but never received a response.

Entretien
personality test, webcam recorded interview from an external agency via video, 5 one on one phone interviews
The people here want you to hand code html and css as they have to de bug and make changes within their product. so if you are pure ux, you will be asked questions around css and html. they also require everyone to be certified in their products - for ux this is difficult as the certification exam will ask technical architecture etc questions so make sure you know what you are getting into.
