I applied online and I was required to take a personality assessment test as part of the application process. I was contacted about a week later and asked to show up to an information session. At the information session, there were about 20 of us, we were required to fill out a paper application and we were shown a short presentation on the company and the expectations/requirements of the job. I was contacted about 3 days later and asked if I wanted to do a ride-along with a current employee. I accepted and did the ride-along about 3-4 days later. I was contacted the next week and scheduled for an interview with 2 managers. The next day, I was contacted and asked to interview with the Zone Manager. After I interviewed with him, I was offered the position and I started 2 weeks later.
