I applied through their campus recruiter program. I had a face-to-face interview a few weeks later. They make decisions quickly (by the end of the interview week) and get back to the selected candidates.

Recruiter reached out via email. Set up time with Hiring Manager, Hiring Manager's counterpart and myself. Individual interviews with each person. Held virtually. Interview lasted about an hour - 1.5 hours total.

Entretien
The interview process was interactive and not a super rigid agenda like most companies have. The team was very genuine which demonstrated a good company culture. I left the interview excited about an opportunity with the company.
