J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez PepsiCo (Reading, Angleterre) en août 2020
Entretien
I applied through employee referral. My CV was rejected by the HR team. I asked my friend to contact the Line manager, the Line manager replied saying the HR team didn't submit my CV. The line manager decided to give me a chance, I had a one way video interview with 5 questions. I was invited after that to a Video interview on Zoom. It was the weirdest interview I ever had. The HR guy made it absolutely clear that he didn't want me in the company. From the beginning he was asking me about why I had so many short contracts, Why I travelled for a year, why I don't have a permanent contract etc. I was so shocked. I knew straight away that I lost without even having the chance to explain myself. They seem to not like people with a wealth of experience, and who did contracting before and seem to go for people who have very long experiences in the same company. They are missing on very qualified people, to their loss. It was a very bad experience I have to say.

Entretien
30 min interview with the HR person and then 2 hour interview with the HR lead and the supply planning manager and a case study. General questions and skill based question interview. Interview went well and I was told to expect an answer by mid next week. No one came back to me with an update and even when I sent an email to the HR to request an update they never replied back to me.
