Interviewed in October 2014following a referral. Had an interview with HR and met with the hiring manager. Very relaxed conversation, seemed like a good fit. Was not extended an offer as they chose an internal candidate.

HR reaches out to you (she had no idea about the role or what they were actually looking for), then you go through interviews with the hiring manager and an associate panel, but HR never contacts you for follow-up and leaves you waiting for weeks. They say it takes 3 to 4 weeks the process, but 8 weeks have already passed and I never found out what happened. The position is still active, yet they don’t say anything and their system was never updated.

Fácil y rápido, muy amables y con contacto frecuente. Entrevistas rápidas y amenas, muy buena compañía para realizar procesos de selección. 3 fases de entrevistas, después de eso te extienden la carta oferta
