Started an application for Frito lay about a couple months ago and received a call about a month later to set up an interview. Had to fill out some paperwork and had the first of two interviews. Interview was very smooth and comfortable, nothing out of the ordinary. About a week later was emailed to receive second interview with larger and smaller district managers. Again interview was very smooth and comfortable. Set up ride along a week later with a very seasoned guy and he gave me all the ins and outs. Returned to the DC and was given an offer and took my drug test that day. Their drug test isn't the usual urine test. They use hair samples because it is more accurate and can go back about 6 months or so. Start in two weeks.

You must apply online and complete an assessment, called for an interview, panel interview, kinda intimidating at first. Ask you about your work history and where you can work in all weather conditions. Understand this is not an 8-5 job. 10 plus hours a day. then wait for a call.

Long hiring process. Took approximately 2 months to get through the entire process (which I was told was quick). It was approximately 2 phone interview, 1 sit-down interview, drug test and then background check

Whatever you do, ware business type cloths. just because its a grunt position, you still have to dress to impress if you what this job, that's what I did,

It doesn't matter they go by what see not by how good you are. I know its base, but they do sorry. Just be truthful and sell yourself. Food for thought they want someone that going to bend over backwards for them, so if you have to be at church on Sunday, then that is a no go or any holiday for that matter.
