The Interview Process is very chaotic. They set up coding interview with me and then they moved it two times each time finding a different reason. And then instead of the coding interview I suddenly got a behavioral chat/overall background interview. Very bizzare and weakly organized. Try to give it a lower priority not waist your valuable time.

How would I share a component between two projects.
First call to check expectations and understand the role and possible benefits and perks. Large process with 1 HR interview, 2 technical interviews and 1 with Sr. Director. Also background check and medical exams

Entretien
Attended first round of Interview.
After that didn't get any response from HR.
But one good things is that I got appreciation gift from pepsico for attending the Interview.
This is the first time I see a company give gifts for attending Interview.
Got a nice note, bottle, diary and a parker pen. I am surprised and impressed.
