Informal 30 minute interview prior to job application. I had emailed a cover letter and resume to the campus recruiter. An informal interview was set up. Standard interview questions were asked, and some questions were focused at my resume. The interviewer was very helpful in describing the position and his experiences.

Question 1
Describe a time when you worked on a team and had to utilize the abilities of a team member.
It was intense and there was a lot of questions about myself. Prepare for that. I would have prepared a lot more and sold myself a lot better. That is about it.
Took a few months to hear from them about this role after a 2 phone interviews and 4 zoom interviews. With no explanation to why it took so long. It should never take that long to get a no.

Entretien
I applied on my university’s career portal. 10 people total interviewed for the position, but only 1 is hired. The interview is half technical/ half behavioral. Behavioral is really standard, literally a conversation about your resume and a couple of questions. The technical portion is different. They ask about any research you have done (in detail with follow up questions), and ask about 4 technical questions relating to the PepsiCo/FritoLay production line.
