This interview review pertains to the Blue Cloud bev alc arm of PepsiCo. I experienced an incredibly rude, pretentious and dismissive interview. After a cordial and productive screening with HR, I was sent to a second round with the hiring manager and a marketing counterpart. From the onset, the tone was caustic, and the hiring manager did a majority of the talking. He proceeded to explain all the ways in which my resume was insufficient - ie, you only have X experience with Y skill or function, why should we even consider you for this role? He cam across as angry and confused as to why he was being asked to interview me. From the first sentence, his clear multitasking during the virtual interview, and disgust regarding my experience was evident and it was clear this was going nowhere. The Blue Cloud arm of the organization is challenged with regulatory hurdles they were too ambitious to foresee. Following the interview, I sent thank yous, and never heard another word. Par for the course today. Recommendation is to steer clear. This is a non-alc beverage company that has no idea what they are doing in the regulated beverage space in the US.

Contattata via linkedin, colloquio diretto con HR dell'azienda, molto cordiale. Successivamente comunicazione che a causa di cambi organizzativi interni il processo era stato interrotto con ipotesi di riapertura l'anno successivo. Nessun contattato dopo ca. 8 mesi.

I interviewed with the VP of HR, the General Manager of the west and then my VP of my business unit. They were all extremely professional and all about business.
