The interview process was disappointing. The interviewer seemed disengaged and uninterested from the start, with very low energy throughout the conversation. The questions asked felt irrelevant to the actual role of a data engineer, making it hard to demonstrate my skills or have a meaningful discussion. Overall, it didn’t feel like they were serious about hiring for the position. The lack of structure and professionalism made the experience frustrating and unproductive.
