I had gotten the interview through a 3rd party recruiter, I had a phone screening which then lead to meeting with the hiring manager. I had 2 meetings with the hiring manager, a mix of conversational and questions. Then a 3rd round was a take home test. I did not hear back for a month, I reached out to both the recruiter and hiring manager and heard back from the recruiter that I was no longer being considered.
