After submitting your cover letter, cv, you get an invitation for a hire vue interview. After the interview if you seem like a promising candidate you go through 2 rounds of interviews with senior managers

They showed me the picture of a product they were selling and asked me what is the target market of the product and why.

Entretien
first there was an online screening and then there was an inteview with your future manager. The online screening consisted of video anwsers of three questions. The final interview took around 30-45 minute and was online.

Entretien
The interview was set up by someone in Poland, and it was for a role I hadn't applied to. The woman in Poland didnt offer me any insights on the role before hand and her english wasnt good. Since I was still in Uni, I was looking for a part time role, and I made that very clear, it seems that was not passed on and when I mentioned it half way through they abruptly stopped the interview.
