A few phone interviews with internal recruiters and then hiring manager. Met with the VP for the group and leadership team of the department. It was a series of great conversations about goals and objectives. I felt good about the momentum and direction that things were going and eventually was contacted that they wanted to make an offer. I declined. It wasn't the right fit for me.
