I was contacted by Philips via LinkedIn, had first screening by a recruiter by phone, general questions about my experience and education. In 3-4 weeks was asked for an interview with a hiring manager by Skype. 30 min interview with relevant questions about my work experience. Everything was professional and straight forward; the manager said on the interview that they are looking for more technical experience and I am not the best candidate.
It was a good experience and a mutual discussion!!team was knowledgeable and had a good understanding of what the responsibilities are for the role. I was able to dig into some of my challenges in the past.

Interview steps:
1. Initial discussion with internal talent acquisition consultant
2. 60 min interview with hiring manager
3. 60 min interview with peer (Program Manager)
4. One more interview and/or practical case (no more info - did not reach stage)
After one phone screen and two interviews, I never heard back from the recruiter or talent consultant despite 4 reminder emails (phone in email signature did not work). After final reminder, recruiter called back and promised to find out why there wasn't any feedback but there was never any response after that.

Overall around three to four rounds mainly around your area of work and general management. Interviewers navigate the interview very well. They ensure that you are comfortable answering the questions.
