I had 2 phone interviews. During the first interview, the questions I was asked were not technical questions at all; they were mostly about who I am and how I could solve problems if I had to. The second interview was mostly about the job I will be doing and I was asked more job-related questions at that point and was also asked to provide examples of difficult customer service situations.

Applied online before Online screening assessment was completed and pre recorded interview before interview with managers. Hr then called with the offer and contract was sent out started 2 months later

Sono stato contattato dall’HR, seguito poi dal colloquio con il responsabile, veramente ottimo “colloquio” e mi sono sentito tantissimo a mio agio. Il processo è stato molto veloce e sono stato seguito dall’inizio in maniera costante.
