Interview was over the phone, first there was a phone screening, then telephone screening. Process took a total of about 2 weeks. Definitely one of the hardest phone screenings I have ever done. Ex: know the difference between hard and soft skills. Know the job function and how you can add to the team. Own your knowledge and skills. Goodluck!
